Randy Chapman - Team Leader Liaision
Randy Chapman is a geologist with the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) in Woodbridge, VA. He has been with the Virginia DEQ since 1993 working on petroleum remediation. Currently, Randy manages and coordinates all aspects of the Northern Regional Office Remediation Program. This includes overseeing various programs such as the above ground and underground storage tank programs, the groundwater remediation programs, and the state lead contact program. Prior to his appointment as Team Leader Liaison, Randy began his participation in ITRC as a member of the Petroleum Vapor Intrusion Team. In 2016, he became a Co-Team Leader for the LNAPL Update Team, where he continues to act as a classroom and on-line instructor. Randy has a B.S. degree in Geology from Clemson University.
