The 2025 election of a new ITRC Board of Advisors (BOA) Co-Chair will occur electronically between July 10 – 21, 2025. Elections are governed by the ERIS Bylaws and ITRC Organizational and Operating Principles.
The ITRC Co-Chair is elected by the full ITRC membership for a three-year term beginning on January 1, 2026.

Voting
Each ITRC member is entitled to one vote during the election. Eligible voters include individual ITRC Project Team, Program, and BOA Members.
ITRC will utilize the Election Runner platform for this year’s election and members will receive an email from Election Runner when voting opens with instructions for how to participate.
The candidate who receives the most votes will be elected as Co-Chair after confirmation from the ERIS Board of Directors.
