The meeting will feature an opening reception, dedicated working sessions for our Project Teams, and program-specific meetings. Please see the logistics sheet with travel and hotel information below. Attention potential sponsors! See below for the different opportunities ITRC is offering at our Annual Meeting this year:
- Reception Sponsor ($5,000): two free meeting registrations; brief remarks at reception; signage and recognition at the reception and registration area.
- Registration and “Swag” Sponsors ($2,500 – $5,000): two free meeting registrations; creation of promotional items with company logos; signage and recognition at registration.
- Breakfast Sponsors ($2,500): two free meeting registrations; signage and recognition at registration.
- Emerging Environmental Leaders (EEL) Networking Event Sponsors ($2,500): two free meeting registrations; short remarks during the networking event or virtual EEL meeting before/after the Annual Meeting; signage and recognition at registration.
