All ITRC members, staff, and contractors must conduct themselves in accordance with this Code of Conduct.
Participation in ITRC requires adherence to our mission, core values, guidelines, and procedures.
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited while participating in ITRC activities or conducting ITRC business:
- Engaging in harassment or discrimination based on race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
- Using ITRC activities, meetings, publications, or communications to endorse, promote, market, or disparage any company, organization, product, technology, service, or vendor.
- Abusing access to the contact information of ITRC members for commercial use, marketing, advertising, or solicitation.
- Using photographs, videos, or other images of ITRC participants to promote a company, organization, product, technology, service, or vendor without the individual’s or ITRC’s consent.
Any violation of this Code of Conduct will be reviewed by the ITRC Director and the Board of Advisors (BOA), and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of ITRC membership or removal from participation in ITRC activities.
Reporting potential violations: Report potential violations to the ITRC Director and/or the BOA Co-Chairs by following the Code of Conduct Reporting Process and enclosed Form.
ITRC Code of Conduct was updated in October 2026. ITRC reserves the right to update this Code of Conduct at its discretion.
