ITRC and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) formed the Consortium for Site Characterization Technology (CSCT), which jointly developed the Site Characterization Technology Partnership: FY-97 Summary Report (ASC-2, 1998). The report raises awareness of the consortium and its goal of increasing the use of emerging characterization and monitoring technologies at cleanup sites.
