About ITRC Project Teams

ITRC’s Project Teams are the heart of our organization and bring together members with diverse expertise to fulfill our mission.

Our proposal process is the first step in forming a Project Team. If a proposal is approved, a Project Team is formed and ITRC identifies team leadership, contract and staff support. Team member recruitment follows. During this early collaborative phase, the Project Team will establish a final work plan and project outline that may differ from the initial proposal’s scope, recommended deliverables, and schedule.

Annual Proposal Process

2025 Project Team Proposals deadline was May 15, 2024. Four new 2025 Project Teams were selected. Check out the ITRC Project Team webpage to learn more.
