ITRC Co-Chair Election, 2024

The 2024 election of a new ITRC Co-Chair will occur electronically, starting June 6, 2024. Elections are governed by the ERIS Bylaws, and Co-Chairs are elected by the full membership of ITRC for a three-year term.

Voting

Each ITRC member is entitled to one vote. ITRC will utilize the Election Runner platform for this year’s election and members will receive an email from Election Runner when voting opens with instructions.

The candidate who receives the most votes will be elected as Co-Chair, upon confirmation from the ERIS Board of Directors.

(May 6, 2024)  ITRC is seeking candidates for an open Co-Chair position on its Board of Advisors (BOA). The position is a three-year term, beginning in July 2024. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply according to the process described below. Applications are due May 31, 2024.

About the Co-Chair: The Co-Chair position must be filled by a state agency employee and serves as one of seven Voting Members on the BOA. In addition to fulfilling the general BOA roles and responsibilities, the Co-Chair works closely with another Co-Chair and the ITRC Director to oversee governing functions of the association, presiding over regular BOA meetings with another Co-Chair and the ITRC Director, appointing non-elected Voting Members, and participating in meetings and events with our partners including ECOS and ERIS.

  • Biography 
  • One-page Statement of Interest
  • Short “Campaign” Video (2-4 minutes) 

Elections:

  • Elections for the Co-Chair will be held electronically between June 6 - 14, 2024. 
    • During the open election period, members will have the opportunity to review candidate bios, videos, and statements of interest and cast an electronic ballot.
  • Eligible voters include the full ITRC membership (as of May 2, 2024):
    • ITRC Project Team members
    • Program (IAP, SEP, Training, ECP) members
    • BOA members
  • The new Co-Chair will be announced during the week of June 17, and is ultimately subject to approval by the ERIS Board of Directors.
